ZRA is a corporate body jointly and equally owned by the Governments of Zambia and Zimbabwe and is mandated with the management of the Kariba Dam Complex and the stretch of the Zambezi River (from Kazungula to Kanyemba) forming a common border between the two Contracting States.
ZRA requests you to submit a bid for supply and installation of the Audit Software in

The bid shall be submitted in the formats presented in Appendix A and B and duly signed. Please complete and return the Appendices.
Delivery: Goods shall be delivery by 31 August 2015 or within four weeks from date of receipt of purchase Order.
Payment: ZRA proposes to pay for the software directly to the Vendor. Local support costs will be paid within 15 days after receipt by Zambezi River Authority of your invoice and commissioning certificate confirming satisfactory delivery and installation.
Your bid should confirm your agreement to supply in accordance with the above payment terms including a realistic delivery period.
Bid Validity: The quotation must be valid for 60 days.
